What do you sleep in?

No much. Usually nothing but sometimes a T-shirt or a short silk nightgown.

Call me old fashioned but I cannot sleep well when I have anything on at all. The only time that I will wear anything while sleeping is when there are other people in the house or I am sleeping at someone else's house. Even then if I can shut the door I will take off my clothing so that I can get a good nights sleep. I used to try and sleep in clothing but I toss and turn so much that I wound up almost choking myself. Even when I was in the hospital in a semiprivate room I would sleep in nothing and often (as it is hot in the hospital rooms)would push off the sheets and blankets. Yes the nurses would come into the room but it was not a sexy thing because I was sick. I am not an exhibitionist but if I can be ore comfortable I will continue to sleep the natural way.

It's amazing when I think of the evolution my sleepwear has gone through..as a kid it was either warm flannel type pajamas, or a to the floor flannel nightgown...somewhere along the line as I got older I started wearing "teddys"...now I'm very bohemian...LOL..a simple tank top and my undies..hey, it's comfortable..LOL

i sleep with lingerie..sometimes with pajamas and top tank..sometimes with just panties and top tank..but i would like it the best sleeping with nothing..more comfortable for me i can sleep well since i always had trouble sleeping.
