can i draw out the money here to buy other things not only on the internet?

Our payment will redirect by mylot to our third party financial transaction instrument either paypal or moneybookers. For moneybookers account holder we have to provide our bank SWIFT CODE before making withdrawal order and verification. But at moneybookers there is a minimum withdrawal amount. For $10USD you still not eligible for withdrawal and cannot withdraw the money unless you got your second payment from mylot($20USD), then you are above the minimum withdrawal limit. And the fee charge quite high where it is almost 25 percent of the current balance amount. And the period of liquidation of that sum money from moneybookers to your bank account in your country, you have to ask your bank. I'm experience this from other site payment to my moneybookers account, as I am not yet qualified for mylot payment and still far for it.
