Everyday we need a sleeping in the night .According to the investings (survey),if we don`t have a good sleep ,we will be fatter than now .Fatness is so nomal in the world ,and wether should pay attention on it .If a person can`t sleep enough ,he /she may can`t concentrate on his /her work the second day.So having enough sleep is a correct way of waking the second day .How about you sleep time ?

It is true that you will not be able to concentrate on the following day if ever you don’t have enough sleep. It is necessary to sleep at least eight hours. In this manner, you will be able to regain enough energy for the whole day of your journey. Personally, I sleep for about six to seven hours a day. I am wishing to sleep more than eight hours but failed to do so because of my job. Sometimes, we used to have overtime work, so I might use the remaining hours for my sleep at work. I am also concerned with my health status right now because I am getting tired due to lack of sleep. I usually waked up early in the morning around 5:00 a.m. I guess, I can be able to sleep well if it is Sunday. On Sunday, it is my day-off or rest day, so I can sleep for longer periods of time during this day. God speed!

I try to sleep atleast 8 hours a day. But i cant do it frequently, on the weekdays i sleep about only 7 hours. I think its not necessary to sleep much more than 8 hours, 8-9 hours is time enough to your body rest what its needs. Cya

When I was still not busy with work, I see to it that I get 8 hours of sleep. But now that work is taking up so much of my time(I work 12 hours a day), I'm lucky if i get more than 6 hours of sleep. But I try to catch up on sleep during weekends.

I try to sleep for at least 8 hours a day. After a good night's sleep I feel re-energized. I think sleep is really necessary for the body to replenish the energy lost during the day. If one doesn't have enough sleep, he may tend to turn to food to provide the energy that he needs for the day. I also heard that you burn more calories when you sleep.

I love sleeping and if allowed to sleep I can sleep for more than 12-14 hours at a stretch. Although this is a rare event as everyone these days is living more than a day in 24 hours and we hardly get any time for sound sleep but yes if given a chance I can sleep for the whole day !!!

I sleep about 5 - 6 hours a day now. I use to sleep longer before. but now I get up early so as I could exercise, or log on to mylot early. I sleep late in the evenings because I would read books in the evening first. I have a daily reading and I keep it an hour a day. you are right regarding the benefits of sleeping so as you could concentrate on your job the next day. but about fatness? this is the first time I heard about that.

I don't think sleeping and weight have much to do with one another... Anyway, I sleep 8-10 hours a night usually, but can go with 5-6 if necessary. I've had weeks with only 3-6 hours each night, but then I've been quite tired.

I can sleep anytime of the day if im at home.I usually sleep 6-8 hrs a day and usually the time fluctuates when new routines come up.I may be held up in front of the computer or may watch a tv show or even read a book till late at night and so it varies almost everyday.I may/may not sleep during the day.

I did read an article sometime back by a doctor (though I dont remember the link to it) which stated... Six hours of sleep is necessary] Seven hours is Luxury And Eight hours is laziness... Not sure how correct this is...Though for me, Eight hours seem to be necessary :(:(

I usually sleep 6-7 hours a day. But it becomes less on week days and more on week ends. On holidays, I sleep for nearly 8-9 hours. If I don't get enough sleep, the next day I feel very sleepy and am unable to do anything.

I've never doulted the importance of slepp to one's health, for I've fell into the habit of going to sleep at about eleven each day and sleeping for like 6 to 7 hours. And every time when I don't go to bed at my regular hour, or don't get enough rest, the next day will be a real suffer: consitently feeling tired and easily get crossed, and things like that...

I sleep 7-9hrs at night and a couple of nap in a day. It does makes you feel better if you have a good sleep. It makes us more energetic and ready to start our day.

I am an engineer. Most of my job need a high concentrate during daily time. So I need more rest during the night so that i can be more productive in the morning. I take 8 hours per day for sleeping as usual people. I have try to reduce my rest time. In fact it doesn't work well since it make more tired and no productive during day time. A proper 8 hours of sleeping time still needed by me:).
