how would youlike to have attention of others????

A lot of thing can be done to get the attention from others. But it is always depend how people think of you and looks at you. Some people, they tend to looks at your status more than others. But someone will prefer finanical status. Someone will prefer the intelligent level. outlook and more. Most of the people will focus on their outlook instead of others. Outlook is the first images and easily recognized from others people eyes. Depend on what class of people did you means and suit the situation to get the attentions from others.

I do agree in some ways. We want people to like us but not too much which is very dominating. We might as well admit it, we want people to like us. You may hear someone say," I dont care whether people like me or not, " But whenever you hear anyone say that, just put it down as a fact that he is not really telling the truth. According to William James, a psychologist, " One of the deepest drives of human nature is the desire to be appreciated." The longing to be liked, to be held in esteem, to be a sought-after person, is fundamental in us. As a person, each of us has its unique personality that we stand out from the others. To be master of the art of popularity, be artless. Strive deliberately after popularity and the chances are you will never attain it. But become one of those rare personalities about whom people say,"He/she certainly has something," and you can be certain you are on the way to having people like you. All i can say is just be yourself and develop what you have and surely withoung knowing you will stand out with others without making the impression that your making the effort to dominate in your society.

Ofcourse every human being on earth needs attention and seeks to grab people's attention in the very meeting. That is te reason why we dress up in a decent manner, speak softly that attracts most of the people.

Well i dont like to dominate.Also I think there is no fixed way to get attention of ppl.Your way of getting attnetion has to differ according to the person.

Yes thats true every body likes to get noticed. But we can't forget that we have "exceptions" every where!!...lol People love to have attentions in their lifes..but only "their" way. I hate it when people misjudge me only by my looks. I like people taking me like .."look she is so independent and confident". "she is so succesful", "she is so beautiful" , "she is so brave to wear her attitude easily"....!! I want people to take me "easily". People always take me as serious minded girl ...like I am having a slogan on my head saying "don't mess with me"...!! lol Cause people actually think twice before taking to me. These are the things I want to listen about me. and yes..one more thing that everybody wants to listen it for them ...i.e. .."I want to to be like her"...!!!! :D Well these things are everybody's fantasies!!! And I am not the only one. :)

Well, i tend to agree with moneymatters! the truth is that its a basic human desire to stand out among his peers and be recognized! and this takes shape in many ways! manifestations! I guess its upon us to exercise restraint whenever possible! but then again it is a question of changing our own personalities!!!

I do not try to dominate society.. I also do not try to seek attention most of the time. I naturally draw it as I naturally stand out as different, as I do not like to do things that society does, and I am very open and sensative so I notice things many do not, and when I do others notice the same things, and find that fascinating.. I got to town and I am mistaken for a tourist :) . The only parts of society I try to dominate is my chatroom, and groups and forums, only for the reason if keeping order so no one is verbally attacking eachother lol. - DNatureofDTrain
