today the world says that if you want to be successful in your life believe in yourself rather then believing others for any kind of work........ thats right, but dont you think this thought is narrowing our aspects of viewing things......... because if we go through the history of great business men.... we see that they have belived in working with groups....... or rather say in team work......... and in team work yoo have to believe in other's work ........ adn also a man can not think all the aspects of a multitask work..... so wat you say

There must be a balance between the two. Yes, you must believe in yourself, because if not, you can't build anything. Yes, you must believe in others. Well, no man is an island. Also, no man can do and produce all the things he need without the help of others. You must accept the fact that you're not always the best. There are others who are far better than you. I believe God made humans, not just a single human, to help others make the world a better place. Also, remember that two heads are better than one.

I tend to believe in others more than myself... I know that is partly due to the depression I deal with.. that lowers self esteem.. when it hits... I also was from a big family, and my mother did not encourage me alot to do things for myself.. was always looked down on.. I always had to do things for her, or dad, or others.. So I am used to do things to please others.. It is hard to do things to please myself.. for for myself.. But in the internet or online world I do both.. but sometimes I am mistaken as egostical on the internet because of how much of myself I let out :) ... I am getting better at balancing that, and doing more for myself, but yet not totally stopping doing for others.. As balance between both is what is best, I believe. Team work, and group work make the job easier, as what one person can not do or handle right the other person may, as sometimes trying to do a project all alone is to great and overwhelming, you put more minds in the picture, and more can be accomplished, but it can also make it more challenging, as not all those minds always agree on what to do, and how to do it. - DNatureofDTrain
