Wedding verses

Wedding invitation - Wedding verse that gives meaning to an invite.

My sister is getting married in a couple of months and she is preparing the invites. She is looking for a verse or short poem about couples starting out on their life together. We checked the net..but couldn't find one that was satisfactory. Can any of you help out with suggestions on the invite wordings?

I don't think that my own words would have satisfied your sister and I'm sure the wedding is done by now and she is probably happily married since you posted this discussion! Lol. Did you end up finding a verse in the end?

Thank you and yes, she is married for almost a year now (first anniversary is on the 3rd of December). I did get some verses from the net....which I do not remember now. We made invites which were according to our custom to be handed out to friends and relatives. But she wanted something to send out by email to her friends which was special and different. The invite I made was such a hit that my cousin who is to be married this December asked me to make one for him too...and I did it last month and he's quite happy with the result.

You are welcome. I'm probably the only one who will go out of her way to do what the family asks...lol And I'm part of a HUGE family...my father has 8 siblings and my mother has 7 siblings. So, you can imagine how many cousins and nephews and nieces I have,....not counting my own sister.
