i have been having very frequent charlie horses especially at night or first thing in the morning when i go to stretch before getting out of bed. and i was wondering if there were any suggestions on why? have you heard of specific foods causing them or even any exercises that helps them , please share any info you may have or anything that has helped you in the past thanks in advance

Eating a banana will help stop the cramps. It really works. My dad had charlie horses so bad when I was a child, and a physical therapist friend told him to eat a banana when they came on. Maybe eating them before you get any would help too.
