What made you join and how long have you been here

I am new to this site, but write on a few others, a friend recommended this site. I really like the format and plan to invite a few friends once I get the feel of it. What made you join the site? How long have you been here?

i was not working then and doing nothing at home and suddenly one of my friend invite here, at first i was not sure for what im doing but i enjoy here since then,, i was more than a year here and still enjoy here.
