Do you collect the U.S. State Quarters? My brother saves every state quarter that he gets and gives them to my son. He has a pretty big collection. He seperates the different states into different piles then rolles them up. Do save them for yourself or for someone else or not at all?

Nope. I thought about it. The first few that came out, I made sure I had two or three of each state, and held onto them for a bit. And then I decided I wasn't really that interested, and gave it up.
I know a LOT of people that collect them though. The bank where I work gets boxes of rolls of each new state as they come out, and people are always asking for them. I guess it's a popular thing!

yes, I save them too. I have several different collections of the quarters. I plan to give them to my family members when the collection is complete. So far I have been able to keep up with it. I throw all of my lose change into a bowl, then every once in a while I go through it and put the new quarters I don't have in envelops. Then I put them in the folders when I have more time. I am also collecting the Presidential dollars. how about you?

Well good for your brother and your son. I don't collect them. I know I should, just cause. Maybe I'll start one up, I should have done this when they first came out though.
