I was babysitting yesterday and the mom had a quote on the wall in a frame that I really liked. It said this:
People will forget what you did. They will forget what you said. But they will never forget how you made them feel.
What do you guys think about this? I thought it was really cool.

Yes I also agree with this statement. People usually remember feelings instead of actions. Words are easily forgiven and forgotten. But we should always try not to hurt other peoples' feelings with what we do or say.

I really like that! I will have to remember it.
I wish it was true in all cases though. I have run across a few too many people who will never forget anything I have done. :(

Yes, I think you've found it!! This is the key, that you need for a characteristic called "charisma"! This is what they use! Now I think I can be a car salesman, or an insurance salesman!

I think it's so true. The most important think about relationships with others is an emotional bond. Without it, they're easy to forget. Recently i met my friend from high school and I couldn't remember his name. but then i met another friend from the middle school and I remembered her well, because I like her much.

Hi,dopey22girl,thank you for sharing us your mom's quote.I like this quote.It is true.Maybe most of time we will forget people and things,but we can't forget our feeling which people have maken.When we do something ,we must consider whether it is good or bad,whether we take happy or hurt for others.

Very rightly said......there are times when there are times when you feel miserable when somebody has said something ...and it hits like a bullet right through your heart .......though time seem to lessen the pain ....but you cannot forget the person who has made you feel so miserable ......
