Have you ever been on a Blind Date?

How did it go? Did you remain friends, or become soulmates?
I first met my spouse by a blind date. We originally met through a Personals Ad & then e-mailed, and after about 3 months, we agreed to meet in person.
I was very lucky, I think. I believe that Fate brought us together.

I went on a blind date in college. I was asked because I was one of the other gal's roommate in the dorm (I think she spent all of 1 night there the whole semester!) But they needed another gal for a friend from out of town. He was at least 6'6 & I'm only a fraction above 5'. All I can say is we went to 6 Flags over Texas.

I have met a few men that I have dated in the past this way. My ex husband I also met this way through one of my friends. We didn't last very long at all.

Hi gwendovere! I never been on a blind date, I guess I don't have that courage to date strangers but my friend did. It didn't worked out for them as being a couple but they are very good friends until now. I guess, with you..it must be written in the stars. Fate led you to each other and I do believe in destiny. Haha..I am a hopeless romantic by the way. LOL! I hope you and your husband will live happily ever after. Take care and have a nice day.
