I lost my concentration on my current job?

I like my job. I like my career. But I don't like my working environment and also the my current salary. I hate my colleague who did not put more effort on working on something. I always want to find another source of income. It make myself loss of concentration on my current job which i think it is just wasting my young time. What do you think?
