I hink it depends from what is the thing that hurts me. If it's not a worst think I could forget.

First I would find what hurts me. Then I'll converse with the person who gives me that hurt. Well, if still nothing would happen, I will go away from him to prevent myself from doing the same thing to him. And of course, forgive him.
