Yes, its opposite has happened, sometimes I found that person was better than what I imagined on the basis of his/her voice.
Voice has not connection at all, with one's outlook. If we judge a person on the basis of one's voice, we may feel disappointed on many occasion, when we actuall see that person.

Yes, I was shocked when I've seen Big Brother himself for the first time. I mean the man who was him in polish edition of the show. I knew his voice very well and something didn't feel right whe I was looking at him:P But I wasn't dissapointed, just shocked:P I think in such situations our imagination always runs wild.

offcourse i have seen many who completely differ my potrait of their features but never got any disappointment..
I once met one of my online friend who reside in my city with whom i have talked several times and i have assumed him differently but actually when i met him he looked very much different from my assumptions..I portrayed him with his voice but his voice too sound differently in person..

I've experienced this such way of shocked but not to say disappointment, once we met at formal duty meeting. Previously we only on phone line, communicating each other about preparing an important details for job meeting. Out of my mind to saw him didn't reciprocates his astounding voice.
