Do you have more than one calendar in your house/apartment/room?

I live in a three room apartment and have a calendar in each room! When I remember I mark appointments and whatever I have to remember on them but my problem is that I seldom look at them! I've often thought it would be a great idea if someone came up with a way so that when we walk by the calendar a voice would go off saying "you have an appointment at 9:00 today"...lol...if we don't look at it how do we know we have the appointment????
If I don't know what day it is (which often happens)how does looking at the calendar help me? It doesn't!!! I find I check my pc to find out the day and date more often than I do the calendars.
Do you have calendars around where you live? Do you mark things on them or just forget about them? Are they helpful to you?

I have one calender in my computer room, I have one calender in our bedroom, I have a small calender on my fridge from our MLA (member of the Manitoba legislature), I have a calender from the Milk Company, a calender from the Bank, well possibly two, a calender from where my husband worked. These are in the living room, but not on the walls.
We have so many calenders that it is a wonder we do not know what day it is, but we don't. You see, we depend on the newspaper, which we quit getting and the Tv. So unless we read the date on the Tv, we are lost.

Here on our house, I think we have at least 4 or 5 calendars. And sometimes I have a hobby of marking my schedules on the calendar so that I wouldn't forget about it.

I wish we had a calendar in our house. When we moved it was packed up and so far we havent discovered what box it is in. I write everything on the calendar so I really miss it. I'm going out to buy a new one at the dollar store.

I put the calendar in our living room so that we can see it when we enter into the room or when we get ready to go out.
Compared with the calendar in the living room,I prefer to use the calendar in my cellphone.Every important date is marked on it.

My big problem is that I love all the cute calendars and think I keep so many just for the pictures...lol...

I can't tell you how many calendars there are in our house but I tend to mark on them and still forget things. I need 1 calendar kept in one place and have it talk to me :)

I have one wall calendar that I had made and it has pictures of my son on every page. I use it everyday to make notes of my sons school events, things I am volunteering for, and appointments too. Very useful for me. I am also going to make a few for my inlaws and parents for 2008.

I used to keep calendars in every room, ctry, but since I rarely bother to look at them myself, I only have one hanging in the kitchen now. The calendar is so far off my radar that sometimes I even forget to change the page when the next month rolls around, lol. It's embarrassing to admit but I usually keep up with the date via my email. I pay little attention to the date unless I do have an appointment scheduled. I also have an appointment book that I rarely even use.

yes we have more than 10 calendar in our house including the one i am keeping in my wallet. hehehehe. calendar is very helpful becasue it allows you to schedule things. yes we also practice marking our calendars to remind us something or prepare for something. outside the home i use my cellphone's calendar for the same reason of scheduling and organizing. calendar is very important for everybody just like clock in our daily life. good day.

We have so many calendars, it's ridiculous. 1 on the wall for me for medical appointments. 1 on the wall for my husband for his appointments. Another one for my work schedule which changes quite often. So at least 3. If we had a social life, we would probably have more calendars, but we do have to make sure we write our volunteer times down on at least one of the calendars.

I try to use one calendar for one thing and so forth but it never works out for me. I just mark one as I'm walking by and remember something.

There are at least 3 calendars. One is in the kitchen and there is one in my sister's room, and I have one that i use in the loving room. I use mine to plan out what movies/ shows to see on t.v each month. When I need to know what day it is , I use the info button on my remote. I can push it and the date is on display.And when I am at work,I can use my watch.It tells me the date.

I have a couple of calenders around my house, but I am like you and forget to look at them! lol I try to mark all the birthdays and anniversaries on them when I first get them, but then I forget to look at them for a month at a time and always end up being late with cards and such. Oh well, such is life I guess.

Hehe...another calendar nut..LOL...Yup...that's me..loads of calendars all over the place and still can't figure out why ever year I get so many...I have one..a cute kitty one in the bathroom, a calendar in the kitchen, I have a calendar right near my computer desk...two in the entrance hallway...and for the finale...four, yes four in the bedroom--one is a Lord of The Rings calendar, the others...a wolves one, a inspirational one, and a "witches" calendar..hehee--The only one I mark up though is the one near the phone to remind me of appointments and such
Do you think we have an obsession with time or something??

I have one in the living room which is the main one for things we all need to do. I have one in the kitchen as a chore chart. Jessica has one in her room but that is about it. The kids have agenda's for school stuff they need done. I am bad for not knowing the date. I don't really keep good track. :(

I have a calander in every room and in my purse. If I forget to put something on one I know that it will be on another. I also like to keep different appointments seperate at least I try. I love the pictures on calanders to so when I see one I like I usually buy it.

We have 3 calenders hanging up. One by the computer, one by the washer and dryer, and one on the fridge. Well, 4 if you count my son's school calender that is on the side of the fridge. I don't really use them except to check the date of something. I don't write on them.

Sometimes I have so much written in those little boxes i can't even see the date number..lol
