Moving to Belgium

Hi I am new here, I was wandering if someone could help me. I am hoping within the next 2 months to move to Belgium from the UK. My problem is what to do?My partner that I met a number of months ago is Belgian, we would like to be near each other as the distance is hard. I am not sure how to go about moving. I have gone on search engines but I don't really get much help. I need a job firstly, not sure where to look. The part of Belgium I would be moving to is Ghent. They are dutch/Flemish speakers. Problem I only speak English, so looking for a job where this will not be a problem. I have looked of various job sites but not much help their. Can anyone please help with advice about how to go to find a job firstly, as I think this should be the first stepping stone.
