A question: failed comment, why?

Hello, friends. I met a question. I want to post a comment to one response, but I failed for 4 times. Everytime I click the 'post comment', it returns to the interface editing a comment. Why is it? I have no ideas and have to resort to you! Would you please tell me why? Thank you very much!

Sometimes glitches happen here just like everywhere else on the internet. It's happened quite a few times to me today and one time when I wrote my response the second time it had already taken!
