Are sites where you can buy research/term papers from reputable??? H-e-l-p!

So, being a noob to the whole college scene, lol, I realized that there are a lot of sites that offer essay writing services and some where you can already buy essays/research papers/etc.
All have different prices...some examples I penned down are a1essays.com and essays-now.com
My question is: are these legit, reputable sites to get a good paper from?
Or a place where you end up getting a D- and a warning not to plagiarize from the professor?

Syllabus of each college for each course differ and therefore I do not think there is any tailor-made papers available. There is one possibility that there could be literature available in internet, by searching through journals and magazines pertaining to your subject. In India, most students relay on notes given by lecturers. These notes are circulated or sold in the shop which are called guides. When the syllabus for a academic year changes, then these notes will be absolete. You can try wikkipedia which has short notes for each of the topics. Best is to study the text books prescribed for your course.
