They both have the same technology, burning on the CD label using the optical drive's laser. Lightscribe has been around longer and has broader industry support (more hardware and software like you can use NERO and other burning softwares that support light scribe) and it's cheaper. While LabelFlash, they did have some problem before on what software can be used for it but now you can use NERO too, a lot of people say it looks better than a disk used in lightscribe however, it can only burn in a portion of the disk that is unused. so if the disk is full the burner won't be able to burn the images properly. check this out: www.tomshardware.com/2006/02/14/labelflash_vs_lightscribe_dvd/ hope this helps even a lil' bit ^_^

Thanks alot, the site is good. However I want to know if lightscribe can burn colored picture in the cd, caused I have a dvd writer with lightscribe but when I tried to burn picture the color is only monochrome and not colored as I expect it to be. Is their a way for the picture to be colored.

lightscribe is monochromatic, yeah. Labelflash looks cooler because of the CD used (they're blueish). It looks more digitized compared to lightscribe. For quality, looks like labelflash is better looking.

So far there's no color for burning labels as of date. Probably still in development. ^_^;; sorry i forgot to answer your original question my bad.
