Is Nuclear power can bring peace?

Now a days we can see each and every country are trying to become better nuclear power but in reality what will be the fruits ?does it will bring peace?what will happen when every contry is having the nuclear power will they never use it?so in my opinion it will not bring the peace what is your opinion?
