are you afraid of sunrays?

me yah i do, im afraid of it because the time that im out while the sun raising up high, i feel that i would collapse,that my head seem to break and my skin is something like im in a fire...there is an intense heat here in Philippines...thats why at noon i will not go out. Illstay wherever i am, whether im in the house or in the school

I am staying in Malaysia feeling the same way. But I always use body lotion for at least there is a layer of protection from suntan. I have to go out for work, so there is the only thing to keep me confident walking under the hot sunlight.
But lately in Malaysia, especially for every afternoon started from 4.00pm, the was heavy rain occurred in Kuala Lumpur. Causing traffic congestions after office working hour on the main route.
