Runescape: Quickest Way To Train Melee

How do you train melee? I use the flesh cralwers and zombies in the 2 lvl of the SS. Its auto-attack!

You could also use the rock crabs or the bandit camp in th desert while wearing a god item. It dosen't really matter what you fight as long as you consistantly do damage.
