Telling somebody what we really feels at the moment is the hardest thing to do sometimes. Whether it is love, likeness, hatred, or even anger. There are times we don't know how to say it perfectly. It just showed in our eyes, in our actions, and reactions.
Any one here who can tell their feelings right there and then?

Yes I am very vocal with my feelings. I am used to express how I feel with people. I intend to tell them when Im hurt or happy. I believe that its the best way to keep a good relationship. And with my partner, I always tell him how much I really love him. For me, its better to be honest if you do it in a nice way.

I'm a passionate person, in which I always find some ways to express my feelings and being vocal is one of the most easiest way for me. There are situations where I woant to vent, to let out the anger I feel inside. And sometimes I also would want to express the great things I feel by sharing them, especially when it's a good good news that I couldn't help but just spill it out.

I wish, everyone has the same passion and can verbalize their emotions easily so no more misunderstanding.

Morning izathewzia. Right now my vocal feelings are: I am now having day off today, but when I am online here I am still thinking about my work in the office and have an eager feeling to be there to prepare my lessons and on the other hand I want to be here mylotting with my friends for the exchange of ideas and thoughts. I just told my wife that I would still go to work in my office though it is my day off day because I feel more relieved working there for my work that needs to be well arranged and prepared for the coming days. This is what I feel now. It is all about my work. I will be happy to come back to mylot in two hours. hehe.

Most of the time I can express my feelings by just saying "I'm angry because... or I am sad because" and so on I find that if I start out with it that way it's alot easier for the other person to know what I am feeling and most of the time when you say your emotion it helps it to go away faster and you get help from the other person, plus they listen better too. -Amber
