Centurions... - One of the best cartoons in the 80. Kept many kids glued to the screen for the best half hour adventure a kid can have!

I was going thru some of my cartoon collections the other day when I came across the centurions collection. It was really nice to be able to see it again. The all time favorite opening really brings back a lot of memories. ** quote ************************************ In the near future, Doc Terror, and his cyborg companion, Hacker, unleash their forces to conquer earth. Only one force can stop this evil: a handful of brave men; in specially created exoframes they can be transported anywhere to fuse with incredible assault weapon systems, beamed down from the space station Skyvault, becoming man and machine... Power Xtreme! Max Ray, brilliant Sea Operations commander... Jake Rockwell, rugged Land Operations specialist... Ace McCloud, daring Air Operations expert... Whatever the challenge, they are ready: THE CENTURIONS!!! *********************************************** ha ha ha... do you remember the centurions? Which one is your favorite character? Did you own any of their toys?

Nope, never got a chance to buy them. Mum says they are too expensive and refuses to budge. I remember throwing tantrums to get her to get them! But she is one tough woman to break. No means no. Regardless of the antics I get up to. I only get to play with them cos one of my grandma's friends, had a grandson who had a set of them! Now, even when I want to get those toys, it is super difficult to find them. And searching for them off ebay, the photos I see show that the toys has seen better days. AND they are expensive now compared to when they first came out! Sigh... guess I will monitor a few auction sites to see if there are any good deals for the complete set! 8p My favorite is Jake, the land specialist! I like his helicopter and land motorbike weapon system the most! You actually have the whole set of the cartoon? Wow! I would so love to get my hands on them too! I have been searching for a long time, but cannot find any.

they're practically antiques now, collector's items. hehe who would've thought a kid's plaything would wind up like that? haha i remember before i used to draw them and make games of my own, i made my own toys! it's a shame that has no value. hahaha jake has the coolest looking helmet. i think it's unfair that he gets to fly and the others can't do anything aside from their specialties. hehehe jake has the most number of weapon systems, but most aren't shown. they appear only once or twice. yep, just got them recently and i'm enjoying each episode.hehehe want to get copies yourself?

Hello bandoy... where did you get the copies of the Centurions cartoon? Can you share with me the info where you got them? Cos I have been searching around in the local video stores and none of them carry it. They have most of the Transformers series though. But again, the one I wanted is not available. It would be great if I can get a copy for myself to watch. I missed watching them. Cartoon Network was airing them at one stage. But I always miss them cos the timing they show the episodes, I am at work! Sigh~~~!
