I'm always tired after work too. But some things that get me in the mood is little surprises. I love coming home and seeing dinner already cooked and the place somewhat clean. One less thing I have to do after a long day.

well that's something new. I never thought about that. I'm not a great cook but maybe I can get someone to do it for me before she gets home.

I guess, she's fed up with the daily routine of her life.

Give her body massage or try something new. Maybe she's bored with the same old thing.

If your girlfriend is tired after work, then she is tired. Im tired after work. Why don't you let her take a nice nap, and you fix her something to eat and drink. After she's been napping a bit, gently wake her up and let her eat her dinner. It's just common that most people are a little weary after work. Maybe try to catch her on a weekend when she just might be perkier--I'm not the most energetic person through the week, but weekends are always so much better:)

Do stuff for her, but don't make it LOOK like you're doing stuff for her. I love it when my husband just quietly puts away the dishes, or takes the baby off my hands while I am trying to get stuff done. I DON'T like it when he puts the moves on me while I'm washing dishes or cleaning or something. Tell her to go watch her show or read a book while you finish. That would work for me!

Assuming your girlfriend has no physical problems causing her tiredness(recommend she have a complete blood workup by her doctor to check for things like anemia, etc.), Ihave a theory it may be the JOB that is causing her tiredness. She may not like the job, feel unmotivated by it, and her THOUGHTS are causing her tiredness. Ask her if she feels tired while AT work, or is she always tired AFTER work. Does she do manual labor? Naturally, something like that 8 hours a day would make anyone tired. There could be many reasons. Last suggestion: try to engage her daily in something she enjoys doing. Pretty obvious, but sometimes we over look the obvious. Hope this helps.

I think you should think about her needs when she gets home. If she's tired and wants to relax, you should help her relax. Rub her feet, make her laugh, get her something to eat. Then after she's rested, maybe you can try something.
