Our "NEW CAT" --weird story

For those of you that don't know me. I am a SAHM of an almost 5 year old and another on the way. We have lived in a small little 2 bedroom apartment for 2 1/2 years. Recently we had a few new people move into our neighborhood and out of no where we have stray cats for the first time ever. I don't believe they are really strays, but their owners let them wander the neighborhood and they only go home when it is cold or raining. Anyways, we have inherited the sweetest cat that comes to visit us 3-4 nights a week for about an hour. My son just loves this cat, but listen to this one. The first night the cat showed up, my son was standing at the back door and yelled, "Mom, Zip wants to come in!!" I said ZIP??? Zip is the name of my old cat that died when my son was 1 (actually I am not sure if he had even turned 1 yet.) So I went to the back door and the cat that comes to see us now looks EXACTLY like my old cat, except a little smaller. Creeped me out in a major way. I did get my son to stop calling her Zip, That was just to weird. So now her name is Nice Kitty. And she is an awfully nice cat. It's hilarious though, she comes over for some cuddles and scratches on her tummy and ears and then lays on my sons feet and goes home. Even her owners can't believe it because she is not that friendly or cuddly of a cat at home!
