Is there brain drain in your country?

Nowadays,many countries are facing a serious problem of talent flight(brain drain) in the world.A great number of elites have gone abroad from developing countries to developed countries.There are many reasons for the widespread brain drain in the world.Some felt ignored at home.Otheres can't resist the temptation of better conditions.Some others have gone abroad for the sake of their children.What a pity!

People are saying it, but I have a feeling that the children of last generation and onwards are so brilliant, they understand so many things in short time and have more brilliant, more result oriented than the previous generation. If one million Indians go abroad, there are two millions ready here from colleges. Since India has one of the best education systems, there is no problem. It is only a craze for some people go abroad and work. Many Indian firms offer the same salary and the cost of living is damn cheap here.
