Do you have a cheat meal or a cheat day?

Restricting calories to lose weight can be difficult sometimes. We all get cravings and sometimes find it very difficult to not have a "nibble of this or that". So, how can we get through week after week of clean, healthy eating? Plan a cheat day or a cheat meal! Now this doesn't mean that you can eat all the foods you are craving all in one day, instead, pick one. Plan a day where you can eat the pizza or brownie you have been craving. Try not to go overboard or you will regret it. They say that if you eat 90% of your meals clean and healthy, there is nothing wrong with having that slice of pie once a week...but make sure to limit yourself! What is YOUR favorite cheat meal?
