Hi My excersise program consists of walking 3 or four times a week, usually around two miles at a time. Having studied Christian Science for some years I have to stick with the power of my mind for pain control. As it turns out, music in the proper frequencies is proven to ease pain, neurofeedback and biofeedback helps also. Being tired is not an option. If my energy drops out on me I take a cat nap. I recommend liquid nutrition.

You made an excellent point about biofeedback a couple times before and after having read through the program offered at your domain, I was hooked ! other than an early breakfast (first thing to start your metabolism), treadmill, some weight training and sun, I have a shake of nutriceuticals called Reliv (www.reliv.com). Load your body with the nutrients it needs and it can heal itself.

I do aerobics and yoga. I don't smoke and drink very little. I also have given up eating red meat and am trying to eat more fruit and nuts - i have a fruit smoothie for breakfast every day.
