What medicine is the best that controls the wind?

I usually take actal or novafluxide before I eat my meals when my gastritis is acting up? Do you eat anything before you eat or after? What medicine is that?

Well I took omneprazole for gastritis, but now i have stopped taking it. I am taking some ayurvedic medication after my meals. One of them is Avipattikar Churna and the other one is Udaramrit bati. I hope you could also find these in your area too. The good thing about ayurvedic medicine is they pose no side effects.

Hoenstly i am suffering from this abdominal discomfort and pains, I have acidity besides IBS. I have been taking different medications. The problem it persists it doesn't go away I am not sure, i hate it sometimes i feel depressed that i am not like before. For stomach pain some doctors prescribe Nexium but the dosage has to be given by your doctor.
If you have been taking medications for a quite long period and u feel no improvment it is recommeded to undergo a procedure called endoscopy where the docotor inserts a fine tube to see the lining of your stomach. I haven't done that yet i may have to do it too.
