I was watching Larry king show, so I was on CNN, and on a commerical break a anti evolution PSA came on. It started talking about what Reagan would do to demonstrate that there's a G-d to atheists and then it said Evolution is a lie, read your Bible.I was amazed that it was on the air. But then I remember, if they need to buy air time to try to get people to be on their side, they must be losing ground.I remember when the pro life movement was airing a PSA about life was a great choice. The problem with that was they used the phrase choice and it was airing in a pro choice area. They must need people on their side. What do you think about a PSA about evolution being a lie?

Look those who believe in evolution do not have to worry, they are in the majority although they are wrong. Afraid of a little competition? Besides if it is okay for you to advocate evolution and pro-abortion, why should it not be okay for is to advocate creation and pro-life? Besides evolution is wrong. Are we settling on the outer planets yet? No.(if we had evolved from the past, surely we would have surpassed our ancestors in intelligence, so that we would have an iq of 300 plus, be able to manipulate things with our mind, etc.) Have you seen a news broadcast of an ape giving birth to an almost human child? No. Has any scientist done experiments to show that a life form has upgrade to the next in the lab? Are you the combination of your father's and mother's genes? Yes. In your family history is there mention of an ancestor of yours who is only part human? No. I rest my case.

It doesn't matter if you believe in evolution or not. Both positions are fine with me. I don't think of it as a competition. That is why I was amazed to see the PSA.Here we are free to believe or dis believe whatever we want. And you are free to buy air time to discuss your views. But to believe that you can change someone's mind on their beliefs solely on a PSA is sad.And I still can't help but feel that it is a desparate act to have to use a PSA to get people who are already Christians, because non Christians wouldn't have or buy one,to read their Bible.
