You can blog any where. If you have a business you can blog on Bizeblogs. If you have a passion you can blog on a site that is devoted to your "thing" or you can do a blog like on my space or any number of sites. You don't have to be an authority of any kind on any topic. Just readable and interesting. By the way, what they are asking for is where is your blog located in cyberspace. They want the address at which your blog can be found.

you can visit www.feedburner.com and register your url to that feed to get your feed. Remember your feed url and submit again to mylot blog. Your feed will also automatically update your blog from blogger.com. Keep try :)
