I find that when I start complaining about whatever, (dishes, cleaning the house or the dogs etc...) Can be anything...I find that I am actually just mad at myself....I try to keep up with everything and I get overwhelmed...Usually I take it all out on my husband who doesn't do anything to provoke me...He doesn't even get mad at me when I am done yelling at him... I feel really stupid after I yell at him..... Not sure if I am bipolar or just need to up my depression medicine or what it is.... Most of the time I am pretty calm... Does this happen to any of you..I can't think that it is normal...

Oh it happens believe you me. It happens to me - after i rant and rave I have to get out of the house or away from everyone - I've come along way though and try not to let the little things bother me or get overwhelmed when I am behind on my housework or whatever. I've often though maybe I am bipolar too LOL I have a few relatives that are!

Well right now your going through alot with having the injections and it does tend to get to you. I dont think your bipolar you just have some things going on in your life and you must let it out. If you keep it in then it tends to make you explode. I think your perfectly normal.

I have to say that one of my flaws (possibly my only flaw....lol, kidding) is that if I put myself under pressure, I have the bad habit of lashing out at those I love. Only with my tongue, of course! Most times they haven't done anything wrong, and then I get more cross at myself for it. I'm actually not so bad any more. As for you, I think with all that has been going on with your health, it is definitely understandable that you'd be feeling quite down, I know I'd be more than a little p*ssed off by now, and finding it very hard to stay cool and focused.

It sounds like you are just so busy trying to stay calm, that you're scared to express yourself until you finally just reach the point you can't take it anylonger and explode. Maybe what you really need is to just accept the fact that sometimes it's okay to look at those around you and say hey I could really use a little help. I mean really you would be amazed at the amount of relief you feel when even one of the many many things on your to do list gets crossed off by some else. Yes it's normal to feel overwhelmed, the key is to stop before it gets to that point and find a way to counter it.

I am a VERY opinionated person, and I am the type of person that likes to get the last word. That gets on my nerves. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so passionate about things, so I wouldn't get into this heated debate that I didn't want to leave, yet couldn't win.

I think everyone kind of gets mad at themselves for something. I think it is kind of normal. It's because you're doing something you don't really wanna do but you just keep doing it.
