It happens to all of us. We save them because there was an article or some kind of information we wanted to keep, maybe even a recipe. Then forgot about it. Before you trash them , or sell them go through them to find that special something and rip those pages out or copy them. If you find a few that look good and have information in them that others might want then sell it. The best way I have found is at garage sales. (no shipping to pay)You will be surprised at how fast they sell. I like Home and Garden, Womans Day, Diabetic living and Life. Have a great day!

hmm make money from them? thats a tough one lol! i suppose you could try selling them on eBay..but i rather doubt they would sell, but then again you never know. sometimes the local libraries will take them..donated of course, so no money that way. you could try selling them at your next garage sale. ive bought a handful of mags at a garage sale before, you know ones i hadnt read and werent willing to spend the store price on..course i only paid like 5cents each though.

I also doubt you're going to find a way to make money from them but donate mine to our local hospital. Just be sure to remove your address label if you got them from a subscription (in case someone takes on and then litters...lol). Our hospital has quite a few waiting rooms and they're happy to get a good variety of different magazines. I usually take them in and show them to the main receptionist and she tells me to just distribute them in the different waiting areas. Annie

I usually just put mine straight into the recycle bin. Wouldnt even try getting a few cents for them. Most of them are only 1 or 2 euro to buy so wouldnt get much for them any way.

I usually keep it for my daughter's use in her assignments in school. It is her source of references and cut-out pictures. She always have assignemnts in almost all her subjects and usually it needs her to cut pictures, words or articles. And our collection of old magazines is her resource.

Believe it or not I sell my old magazine on ebay. I don't get a lot of money for them but a lot of women like the older ones for some reason. Most of mine are craft magazines or Women's Day and I'm not really a reader so I just thumb through them so their in excellent condition.

In our area, we have a second hand book store, this store also takes magazines. Perhaps you have something like that where you live. They might buy them from you, put them on consignment, or offer you credit so that you can buy something you really need. Not sure about magazines on ebay, haven't tried it. Have had a rummage sale and put magazines for 10 cents each. The ones that really sell are craft magazines. IF you can't make $, try the hospital or a Dr's office. They always need magazines. Take care
