I'm so sorry to hear this Elic --I do know the heartbreak as I've been there in the past too many times to count..despite all my efforts....don't ask all I used to do to save little lives...it just wasn't meant to be I guess...Have you heard how Rose is doing?
Really I do feel bad..I know and been there myself in the same situation

Oh elic i am so sorry...I am just sitting here looking at my cat,hes laying on my bed all rolled up in a little ball,thinking he will get to stay on my bed all night long....unfortunly my hubby will send him into the living room recliner,because he wakes us up at night walking all over us,but he keeps trying anyway..I use to let him sleep with me when i was by myself and he still remembers that..he is around 5 years old and i got him as a baby,hes so sweet.I love cats like you do...I am sorry about the loss,but i know some things are just out of our control...maybe all the remaining ones will do good...

No, Rose is still at the vet with her Upper Resperatory Infection (URI). I asked them to keep her, for one thing, if she's already at the vet - tho there isn't anyone t here 24-7, at least she'll be looked at by someone that can help her both Sat & sun.

Elic I am so sorry that this was the out come! My heart goes out to you. You did all that you could. It just wasn't meant to be. At least the kittens are safe with Bastet & Rose will be taken care of. Praying for her full & complete rocovery. She is so lucky that you are caring for her & will make sure that she is spayed & will find her a marvelous forever home with a family who will love her & be responsible for her.

Thanks Gaia. Yeah, and since Rose is a Siamese she'll be pretty easy to place. We seldom have Siamese there for too many adoptions. E.B. who was a long haired Siamese - more of a Burmese - went 4 times & got 4 applications on her. 3 fell thru, but now she lives in a penthouse! Very fitting for such a beautiful girl!

so sorry to hear this,i have had a few similar sitautions and its such a heart break,but i am glad to hear the others are doing ok.sometimes its just not meant to be,but so sad indeed.sorry again my friend.pattie
