sprint? tmobile?

Well I don't know much about tmobile but I will tell yuo what I do know! I used to have Nextel, and I hated never getting signal, the phones were crappy, and it just always went bad. So I switched to Sprint because even though they are together I heard the signal and things like that were better. Well I finally switched over and the phone is great I love it, but the signal is horrible! I get dropped calls all of the time. One day I tried calling to get my texting plan changed and I was bounced around from representative to representative for 2 hours and STILL nobody could help me so I finally hung out. I called two days that week to try and get it done and still nobody was doing it. Their customer service is horrible yuo can never get through to them, its impossible. From what I've heard about tmobile has been good though,but I've never expierenced that service. Good luck!

I don't know much about sprint but T-Mobile customer service is great. They people are very friendly and chippery, eager to help, very through, and always glad to help out. They are open late, and on holidays except Christmas and Thanksgiving. How do I know...glad you ask I have been with T-Mobile for 5 years now and when I call its always for a problem and they take good care of me.
