There was something on TV about that, I cant remember what night it was. I know, they say they arent good for adults, so why would they think it was good for kids!? They are supposed to have this energy drink out that doesnt have all that harmful stuff in it and supposed to be natural. Figures now that I need to know the name of it, I cant think of it. Something about 5 hour something. GNC also has one called 6 hour something. I would think that if a kid had an energy problem there was something seriously wrong, like a medical reason. Kids have more energy than they know what to do with. Bay xx

No I really dont, thats why the mixture is so dangerous for me. Im naturally wired, bouncing off the walls and always laughing and being silly. I probably have ADHD to be honest. LOL

With the extra sugar and caffiene that are placed in these I would tend to agree. I think the main reason parents buy them is because they don't want their child throeing a fit in the store. I know I hate it when Nick throws a tantrum because he can't have something that he thinks he needs at 2 years old. As he gets older he will not be going shopping with me.

Thank you, i believe that about the throwing a fit thing. But it aggravates me that the same parents are most likely the ones that have their children on ridilin or who know what???? I work at a grocery store and i see it almost everyday. And its scarey because there is legal that i sell it to them. Maybe one day the FDA will catch on

Depends on the drink but I'll break it down. On the one hand drinks like that contain B complex vitamins, sometimes vitamin C and potassium. Like it or not those are good for the body especially bloodflow and cellular health. On the other hand, yes many contain sugar and caffeine and specifically state "do not give to children". I will say that a few energy drinks are all natural but still one should look carefully at the label for warnings. I don't know why parents would buy their kids energy drinks, especially the obvious caffeine demon blends.
