Mens sana in corpore sano (a healthy mind in a healthy body)is a famous Latin quotation. The original connotation of the phrase is that health of mind and body is good in itself and something to be rightly desired as opposed to beauty, wealth, or power. It can be construed to mean that only a healthy body can produce or sustain a healthy mind. What do you think about that. What does that mean to you?

To me a lot of this is correct. What good is beauty, wealth and power if you are really sick, shallow and weak? Some people surround themselves with those false gods and they are really sick physically, mentally, emotionally. Its better to keep one's real health up despite how one ends up looking or what status you end up as in society.
