I like the book very much, a lot more than the movie. With the book your own imagination can shape the figures and the locations. That's what i like about the book. The movie was OK. Not fantastic, just great. What do you guys think?

Oh I definately would say the book. I was so angry at first when i watched the movies. Its almost as though there wasn't even a story. I would end up explaining to my husband that there was way way more to it then that. Its stuff that is quite crucial to the story. I mean why make a movie if theres no story. Can you imagine if you didn't read the book. You would be going "Ok so why did that happen" through the whole thing. As i said it took me awhile to even force myself to watch full movies. The first 2 not really that bad. But now they are going to the pot for knowing whats going on with out reading the book. Although the movie kinda helps with the pictures in your head when your reading. Like visualizing harry herimone and ron etc.

I agree as with most books turned into movies a lot is lost in the translation. The mind is a better creator than and film writer or director. However, this like all of the Harry Potter Films kept my interest.

I like the book because their is more information in book than the movie if you want to read the other part also. and the book is more discriptive about the fights and other interesting stuff which u can imagine on your own

I like the book much much better, but we can't blame the producers or the screenwriters because they have to make the movie short and cram the story into 2-3 hours only. Although the movie visualized everything that needs to be visualized (effects and stuff), there's still a lot of things that have been missed. For one, Dobby's role. They've already cut it in Goblet of Fire and they did it now, just for the sake of Neville's role. There's no harm in that, but I think Neville's time to shine was already done by JK in book 7.

For all the harry potter movies that were shown, personally, i rhink books are still better than movies. The description of the writer takes you to places that plays your imagination. Although i also love the movie since it gives us a visual representation of the book. However, there are many things that are being omitted in the movie.

As for me, the movie is good but the distorted storyline made it boring and confusing especially for those who haven't read the book. But I can't blame them because it's really hard to transform that vast amount of story into a 2-3 hours film. In conclusion, reading the book is A LOT BETTER. But if you're not a bookworm and can't stand to read even a single page because of getting sleepy then stick to the movie however you'll never appreciate it that much because you will miss many events and happening that adds color to the story.

I also like the book very much than the movie. Because in the movie, it is only the summarized version of the book while in the book it is the complete story.

I like the much very very much. The movie was good but it did not show all the scenes that I liked. The acting of some characters are also irritating! But the director of the movie did a great job!

I love the book so much for it will give you the full details of what is happening. The story from the movie are somewhat trimmed, and details are incomplete. Hehehehe :D
