Who is this Murphy guy and why has he ruined my day?

Ok you know how you have heard about Murphy's Law and how it can and will find everyone in due time? Well it has found me on occassion, like whenever I say "My car never breaks down it's so reliable" and then all of a sudden it doesn't start!!??...Has Murphy's Law ever messed up your day?

Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. yup, ive had plenty of experience with that jerk Murphy! in fact more often than not it seems he is walking right behind me, waiting for me to decide what to do, and then he "fixes" that choice for me LOL!

I understand how you feel. I believe in the 'Murphy's Law' too. It usually happens to me when I am shopping. Usually when I try very hard to shop for a specific item, I can never find anything I like. On the contrary, if I do not have any intention of buying anything, I'll always see things that I like.
However, I think another name for 'Murphy's Law' is coincidence. =D I also believe that the more you believe in 'Murphy's Law', the more it will happen to you. I believe in 'Self-fulfilling prophecy'. The more you believe in something, the more you will make it happen the way you believe in it.
