I tried direct selling once. I worked for a company called Le Reve. Prior to this I thought direct selling was for old fogies, Le Reve offered great incentives and excellent travelling oportunities. At the time I was a new mum, was not wanting to return to full time work. I enjoyed it immensely but... I got caught up in a group of people who refused to pay when it was time for their goods to be delivered, and when you are tracelling 50 kms out of your way and you show up and they say next week, or try and pretend they're not at home. it became quite tiresome. I lost quiet a lot of money that way too. I would love to return to doing it, but this time I would be much tougher. I think you also need to have a little bit of money stashed away as a safety nest. What party plan did you do, were/are you successful?
