My back injury

I won't forget what happened 2 years ago. I was playing basketball along with my friends and the unexpected happened. One of us got injured. He fell right on his back due to an accidental collision mid air. It was very akward. I can't even take that fall. But you won't beleive it, that guy was me. It's been two years that my back has been bothering me everyday. Every morning, before sleeping, at class, etc. It's so disappointing. I'm finished with my therapy. A hell of a therapy. It took me 7 months. I decided not to stop studying but my doctor suggested to rest first. But I want to do something during my therapy. So they let me do what I want. It was really a 7 month suffering. I was out of action(basketball, table tennis). Everytime I pass by the court, my body tells me to do this but my mind tells me not to. Still, after 7 months of therapy, my back still hurts sometimes. Why is this happening???

It is because your back is still not fully recovered from the therapy. I advised that you follow up with your primary care provider or physical therapist for further recommendation. I think proper medication regimen and ongoing physical therapy are still needed at this point. Have a great day!
