When you have a diploma, does that mean you'll have a successfull career? Don't you think that intelligent beings are becoming extinct?

No degree is not sufficient.successfull career will depends on one's strength and once's smart work.degree is just to give knowledge how to get success in life and how best you use it completely depends on us only.

no, it does not guarantee success. having a diploma simply provides you with a stepping stone to achieve your goals. i think that you need to be very hard-working, ingenious and devoted to your career in order to be successful in it. I personally know of a few people who have degrees and yet, they don't have nice lives, they have trouble finding jobs and keeping it. You have to love your career so that you won't get bored doing it.

That's a good question. Actually, for me, diploma or degree is just a liability, however it does boost your career. All that you need is luck and natural talent. When we look around we will find many people with a good degree but not a good job or none at all. On the other hand, people with talent and good luck are on such designations on which we couldn't even think they would be.

The case isn't always like that. Success still depends on the person regardless if he/she has a degree. There are some people who do not have a degree, still they are successful. Hardwork and perseverance count. What's the use of having a degree when you don't work hard to achieve your goals?

Not a chance that just having a diploma means that you will be successful in life, to be successful in life you have use your knowledge to your advantage and use it wisely. Having a diploma just means that you where talented enough to pass the course, with that said. After passing the test is when the real trouble comes in, because you have to think on your toes and be quick with your answers but at that same time you have to be talking legitly, and having a clue what you are saying, work with people in the real work is tougher in my mind that getting a diploma in something, a diploma does nothing but says he I did me homework and studied for the tests. But in a real world job you can't look in the book and you really don't know what is coming, in question wise. So having a diploma doesn't guarantee success in a job or career or even life, it just a back up to show people you are quilified for that job/career.
