I am looking out for lenses for Canon DSLR Rebel XTI. I have an 18-55 MM lens but its not suitable for all needs. So please suggest what all lenses should i have. Or I can put it should i buy a 18-100 MM lens or 70-300 mm lens.

I have a Canon Digital Rebel XT and I have purchased two lens for it besides the kit lense (18-55MM), I have a 50mm F 1.8 lense that I use for indoor and night shots without a flash. My final lense is a Tamorn 28-200MM Zoom F3.5 -5.6. What type of lense you should get depends upon what you are going to use it for. I like the Tamorn 28-200 lens for most things. I would like to get a 18-70 f2. lense as a carry around lense. I am most concern with the speed of the lense and then the range of the zoom. I use my camera for two basic subjects. Sports for the Newspaper and for family vacations and trips. I could be more specific if I n=knew what you were using the lens for. Good luck.

I would suggest a 70-200 or 70-300 and would not go to the expensive f 2.8 which will be very expensive. You could look on ebay and see that you could get a one lens system 28-200 or 70-200 for under $300. Keep you 18-55 because with landscapes you will like the wade angle
