customer service

The customer service in my area is terrible. I grocery shop at publix which is a company that usually gives excellent customer service, exept at the store in my area. The population in my neighborhood is mostly Spanish speaking and if you go into any of the stores and talk to them in English they really don't like it. There have actually been a few times where the check out people completely ignore me or my family. They won't even say Hi or have a nice day. Every other publix I've been to has had friendly cashiers, but service in my area are really rude.

I talked to a lady over the phone about a days ago she was very helpful and willing to help me with my issues it was for a company called nova debt
