Have you ever thought of inventing something..

Have you ever thought of inventing something and seeing if it would take off? I often thought of trying my mind to some creative inventions.. I know from working with the elderly there are things not yet out that would help if someone would create them.. Like when the elderly person is unable to get out of bed...I think there should be other ways..beside painful bedpans for them to relieve themselves.. I often see cards and flyers about inventions..Anyone know how much money upfront is required? Have you been pondering over an invention in your head?

Sure, I am thinking about it all the time. As depositing money in the bank is safe, but the money will not grow and probably we get little in the future. But the profit is followed with the risk. So I have to think about it well.

I don't think I quite understand what you are wanting to invent? I am not speaking of "investing" but inventing which means to create something someone has never seen yet..

i don't know much about how to do the whole invention thing. i never got that far. i did have an idea one time that i was going to make flavored peanut butter. i know it would have worked. everyone likes peanut butter. we tend to eat it out of the jar. so i was going to make chocolate peanut butter, almond peanut butter, fruit peanut butter. i even went to far as making some to see how they tasted. but that is as far as i went. i could be rich right now. :)
