I had too much attention reading and researching my arguments on my cases and tired reading for my personal pleasures. Whew! Reading makes my eyes exhausted the whole day. With my determination to haave my self and advanced review for the 2008 Bar Exam, I still try to read at least few articles of the Bar subjects despite having a tired eyes from work. Would you recommend some medicines for tired eyes or anything that soothes it and prevent from being exhausted?....

I've been on that problem too. One solution I find effective is to take every 15 minutes or so and look at something far, preferably green because of its soothing effect. I've read it once in a magazine, and I tried it and found it effective, so I recommend it to others.

Thanks...Yes I know that, too. I read an article regarding 20-20 vision. It's a form or tips on how to relax ones tired eyes. Unfortunately, I cannot apply the tip right now because I worked in the 13th floor/storey building. Perhaps, the only exercise I can do is the close-open 20 times of my eyes or the clockwise and counter clockwise rotation of the eyes 20 times. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Golly! When I was younger, reading was my favorite hobby until I went to college where you have to do many things and submit loads of requirements. 'Til now, everytime I read, my eyes grow tired and I end up sleeping. Hehe.
