what do you prefer?Lip Gloss or Lipstick?

I much prefer lipstck, long lasting lipstick, as when I go out I like to be able to put it on and for it to last all night, I am willing to pay a good price for a long lasting lippy...

Lip gloss all the way:D I have like 20 lig gloses and only one lipstick xP I like them more because they're shiny and they smell nice^_^ I think maybe I'm to young to use lipstick, they seem to intense to me xP

first and foremost it depends on the occasion; next what's my mood. but i prefer using both coz it gives a different effect. same as you when it's cold, my lips get dry and chapped i use lip balm. but on ordianry days i prefer using lip gloss, just to keep my lips shiny and noticeable. but for the big effect, i use both.

i definitely prefer lip gloss. i'm just not a lipstick person. gloss usually works best for me. or even chapstick/lip balm in the winter because my lips get so bad this time of year.

lip gloss over lipstick that's what i do as well when I go out on occassions, dinner date etc. Lip gloss when i go to school. I have got strawberry,cherry,mint and glittery..ahehhee

I prefer lip gloss over lip stick, I like the shiney look that lip gloss gives you and mu husband hates when I have lip stick on because he says that he hates wearing it.

I like both of them also. I usually just wear only lip gloss on a regular day, but then if I have a special occasion or if I'm going out in the evening, then I'll use lipstick and lip gloss together. :)

I prefer lip gloss over lip stick. I find it give a better fuller look and it feels better on my lips. I useally just use lip blam, sometimes I'll use a tinted on, but I do have a collection of mini colored lip glosses that I wear for special occasions or just when I feel like it. I don't wear them all the time because my husband complains about them transfereing to him when I kiss him.

I like lip gloss for everyday wear. but for formal occasions, I always have a lipstick handy. Lip gloss is light and not too loud in a casual day.

Both. I like lip gloss because it is so shiny and pretty. I like lipstick because it has more color and stays on longer. I, too, combine the two and wear lipstick with gloss over it. I use gloss more often for casual events but I have lots of both and am always wearing one or the other. I do use lip balms for chapped or dry lips at home too.

I use cocoa butter lip balm or vaseline all the time, as i suffer from dry skin on my lips. I also like to use lipgloss. I like Lancome Juicy Tubes and Too faced plumping lipgloss. Lancomes glosses smell so nice, a lot of the time i lick it off to be honest. The Too Faced gloss that i use is chocolate flavoured and as it is a plumping one it has this tingly effect on my lips which i love! I don't really tend to use lipstick, i think i only have 2 in my make up collection.

i use llipgloss generally as i like shimmer and shine also it doesnt wipe off quickly ,but for special occasions i combine both of them

i prefer to put lipstick on my lips,however i love baby glow lipsticks which just have the effect of lip gloss.so u can say i put lipstick bt it seems as lip gloss.i also use balm during winters

when i wear it i like the gloss but i do wear lipstick every once in a while always on Sunday to church

I use both lip gloss and lip stick. I guess it all depends on my mood.I also get chaped lips when the weather changes.

Lip gloss seems to work for me all year round. I hardly wear lipstick nowadays :)

I've watched in a local talk show and I've heard from my friends to apply lipstick first, then dab your mouth using a tissue, then you apply lip gloss for a glossy look.. :)

I haven't tried both together, but if I ever go out to somewhere special again, I'll give it a try. I like lip gloss best or lip balm. My lips seem to be always chapped and dry, so I need something on them. The herbal lip balms and glosses that have flavors like strawberries I like the best. Take care

I like to lip gloss becuase lipstick has to rich color for me.And I don't like that taste.But lip gloss has disadvantages too, it is pretty sticky to your lips.
