Exercise your brain to keep sharp.
..get enough sleep. That will increase alertness, concentration and memory and allow the brain to process new skills and solve problems.
..Play mind games like crosswords, Sudoku, or jigsaw puzzles. Learn a new language or take dance lessons. these improve memory, concentration and problem solving skills.
..Exersize puts blood, nutrients and oxygen where it is needed in the brain.
..Prolonged stress can damage brain cells. Use deep breathing or meditation to relax.

..what was the topic again?
- No, in all seriousness, all the points you made are very good ones! Too bad I wouldn't do them.. no I'm kidding again.. I find I remember things better since I started playing spider solitaire (medium level thus far) and making it a point to dance or walk most days.. Hubby, who watches tv in the evenings says in old age he'll be drooling and I'll still be typing away at one thing or another.. But he drives semi truck into towns making deliveries and all that.. Ya couldn't catch me doing that! I'd be lost first thing!:)

I was aware of all these besides the last one. No wonder I tend to forget things from time to time. It seems that I am always under some type of stress. Maybe not the same stress but different types of stress.

Yes, i always forget where I put things. This is my problem since I undergo cs operation when I gave birth with my kids. I even forget many things that I have to remember. Thank you for your tips... I think that it would be really helpful to me. I will try it one by one and put everything into practice. Wish me luck.
