Last night my husband and I watched the movie, Miss Potter. It is about the life of Beatrix Potter, the author of The Tale of Peter Rabbit and other children's stories. I enjoyed it very much. Has anyone else seen this movie. What did you think?

I used to read the Beatrix Potter books when I was a child and great they were too. I am not into films much now and I'm saving them all for when I'm older (I can't be on the computer all the time). I have not seen the one you mentio here but it will definately be one of those that I shall not be missing later on. That's the good thing about this sort of film, they neber go out of date

I have watched Miss Potter and it is a mix between romance and fiction, especially the way the drawings come to life. If you likeed Miss Potter, maybe you might also like Nanny McPhee - it's based from a children's book and it has some very interesting lessons. :)

Thanks for the recommendation for the Nanny McPhee movie. I'm not anywhere near being a kid anymore, but I do enjoy books and movies that are more directed toward children.

I used to hear some of the books that Beatrix Potter wrote. I really enjoyed them. They were really great stories. I did enjoy the movie that they made based on her life. I thought that it was actually really interesting.
